“I've gone to dealerships before and so was prepared to have to deal with annoying salesman. When I arrived, I told them I was there to just look. The guy at the front desk pointed me towards the lot and said to take a look and let him know if I need help. I walked around on the lot for 30 to 40 minutes looking at everything without being bothered. Once I found what I liked, I went in and let the guy know. They gave me the keys and let me take it on a test drive for 30 minutes. The car had a small issue, but I loved it. I told them about the issue and they we're more than happy to make an appointment to get it fixed if I did get the car. I ended up going through the process which was made simple and easy by the employees. I love my new car and they did fix the issue quickly once my appointment came around (a week after buying the car).
