“I will not come back to this location and would never recommend getting service done here. I have had to come back several times for things to be fixed more than once like a leaking sunroof that was still under warranty after being told it was already fixed and missing plastic covers in my car after completing a recall repair. Not only have I had to come back but even when I went to leave after it being fixed (again) and being reassured it was good to go, I was still missing parts and had to wait even longer for them to put them back in my vehicle. I have zero faith that anything is done correctly and would avoid it!”

“I drove to Ocala from The Villages. Full Service is understating my Gettel Toyota experience. When I arrived, The Staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was the nicest, roomiest, and most comfortable I have ever experienced. They offered free beverages, and vending options, and remarkably, had a cafe to purchase made to order breakfast and lunch fare. I enjoyed a sandwich and watched TV. The whole building sparkled with cleanliness, including the Ladies room! I am definitely driving back! If they treat the Customer this well, odds are my car is getting the best service possible!”
