“Don't waste your time with this incredibly unprofessional business. I drove up from the south bay to look at a car. Arranged two days ahead of time and confirmed the night before that I was coming. Upon arrival the sales person starts trying to prepare sales contracts. I said I haven't even seen a picture of the car and I need to see the car and arrive on a price before doing paperwork. She screwed around for 30! minutes assuring me that she was working on getting the car, while doing exactly nothing. I walked out. As I was leaving she said "but we're just getting the paperwork ready" as though I'm being unreasonable. That's the whole problem! I want to see the car! I've been to dozens of dealerships over the years and I have never seen one so incompetent that they couldn't even get a car ready for a customer to see with two days warning. And to try to strong-arm me into a purchase contract when I haven't even seen a single picture? How are they in business? This salesperson and her manager should find another line of work. I was ready to buy that car if it was in good condition. They must be scammers. They were trying to trick me into buying because something was wrong with the car. That's the only explanation I can come up with. Or maybe they really are that incompetent? Normal dealers want you to see the car and get excited about it.”
