“I purchased my car there, and it was a great experience. However, their service department is truly the worst I've ever experienced. Had several service appointments (last two via automated appointments) and everytime there was so much lack of communication. My last appointment was for 7:30am. I explained everything to them and said that I would be waiting. He repeated the same back and said " I'll come and get you when we're done." Well, 2 hours later, I went to check on my car ( they said only two hours) to find that the manager of the service department never had it started on. He said, "I was told you were a pick-up later." I advise people that even if you purchased your car there, and it's still under warranty, go somewhere else to have its serviced. Even upper management has an attitude! No accountability. This is an addendum to the above. The response I received ( below) gave me an contact email for another manager. Once again, I was given wrong info. I tried several times to contact that email and it bounced back to me .. "Unable to send." "Wrong email or will not take further email." Ridiculous”
