“Dave, my sales rep is the only reason why this dealership isn’t getting a 1 star review. I came to the dealership to look at a pre-owned S5 at the beginning of October and ultimately got it yesterday. The entire process was disorganized, and unprofessional, with multiple touch points reaching out to me during the past month. The deal team wasn’t aligned during the entire negotiation process; I talks to 3 sales reps for ONE car, and all of them weren't even aware of the different OTD prices their colleagues were giving me. I was going in circles and sitting through repeated “deals” with every sales rep, except Dave who genuinely seems like a good guy. The sales manager was a snobby individual who wasn’t even aware of the numbers before coming to the table yesterday. I only bought the car because it was the spec I was looking for, but in my opinion a car buying process should be a celebratory/luxury experience at the end of the day. It was not the case at this dealership. No congratulations or smiles from any of the staff but Dave. They half assed the car wash and detail and didn’t even put on my temporary license plate. What topped it off, was Dave asking me to give them a 5 star review before I drove the car off the lot so he can show it to his sales managers. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews listed for this dealership.”
