“Your dealership represented the vehicle as fully inspected and stated that it only required an oil change. I specifically asked about brake condition and received clear reassurance that the brakes were “in good condition.” These representations were false and misleading.
Within days of purchase, the vehicle experienced multiple major safety-related failures, and before the first loan payment was due, I incurred thousands of dollars in mandatory repairs for issues that clearly existed at the time of sale.”

“I purchased my f150 here and couldn’t be more impressed with how the staff and owner has treated me during the buying process. I was greeted right away as soon as I pulled up, saw a lot of vehicles that I would have loved to take home, they do a good job of getting nicely optioned cars in their inventory but ultimately I made the right choice with the one I got. Sales staff was casual and no pressure. Process was easy once the deal was made. It feels good to get exactly the car you wanted and have a great experience. “This is the first Google review I have ever written, which should tell you how extraordinarily disappointing my experience with this dealership was.
I had just arrived in Los Angeles about a week prior and urgently needed to buy a car. When I first visited, the store was empty, yet I still waited nearly 40 minutes to speak with someone about a vehicle I’d seen advertised online. The salesperson seemed evasive with nearly every question — that should have been my first warning, but the price seemed reasonable, so I went ahead.
We drafted a contract specifying that the vehicle would be “supplied with all essential parts at no extra charge,” since the rear camera was broken. However, within a day of purchase, the camera stopped working entirely. The dealership promised to repair it and provide me with a rental car in the meantime — something I made clear was essential for commuting to work. Despite this, it took over a week of repeated calls and follow-ups before I finally received the loaner car, which itself had a broken undercar shield.
Throughout this ordeal, my original salesman, Jose, repeatedly ignored my personal calls, only answering when I reached him through the store’s main line. Another employee, Hadi, did conduct himself more professionally and helped move things forward, but continually reminded me that he was doing me a “favor” — even though he was simply fulfilling the dealership’s obligations.
A few months later, I discovered there was no spare tire in my vehicle after getting a flat. I had assumed, as anyone would when buying from a dealership, that a spare would be included. Not only was there no spare, but also no wheel lock key. After further persistence on my part, I eventually received a spare tire — again with much talk of how the owner was “going out of his way” — but the wheel lock key never arrived, despite the clear terms of my contract.
I genuinely wish everyone at this dealership well in their personal lives, but no customer should endure this kind of neglect and avoidance, especially when new to the city and placing trust in what should be a legitimate business.
In short: for your own peace of mind, stay far far far away from this shady dealership.”

“Alright well our experience was really good. We live about 5 hours away, we were looking for a car out of town and i came across this car online. I called the dealer and talked with a receptionist. She was super nice, she gave our info to the sales man Josè. He was quick to call me back and go over info on the car. We filled out the credit application online and the owner Hadi called and finished the process. It went really smooth and the next day we went down to Norwalk to pick up the Audi Q7. Very easy process, very nice guys and JONES! You have to see the owners dog, he is beautiful. Thank you Gentlemen & Madam for the great car buying experience.”
