“This was our family's second time coming to Mid-Illini Auto after a co-worker and friend recommended. Our family was involved in an accident in January and unfortunately our first vehicle from them was totaled. Our credit is not the best and we still owed on the vehicle. Thankfully we had gap insurance, which covered most of what was still owed. Brittany and James pulled a miracle and called their favors in to find a vehicle that checked all our boxes all before we lost our rental car. We had a couple of mechanical issues right away, but the service team got us in to fix at no charge under our warranty The service department has always been very friendly and made our experience stress free. Our family is very grateful and we love our new vehicle!”
