“I had an outstanding experience buying my brand new GMC Canyon thanks to Camden and the entire Morris Buick GMC team. From the moment I walked in, the process was simple, stress-free, and never pushy. I knew I had found my truck as soon as I saw it on the showroom floor, and Camden and the team immediately moved it off the showroom just for me. Camden gave me plenty of space, offered me water, and walked me through all the truck’s features before I left so I felt confident driving it home. I mentioned that I had a work call in an hour, and he made sure everything was handled efficiently—I was out the door in my new truck with time to spare. What really stood out was the follow-up. A few months later, I received a suspicious letter about my truck. I texted Camden, and he quickly reassured me that it was a scam and had my back once again. “We were greeted with a friendly smile from Kathleen who quickly got our service order processed. We were directed to the customer lounge where we found fresh brewed coffee waiting. Our car was completed as requested and on time. We were advised the rear brakes had fallen below the minimum safe operating range and a precise quote was provide for the needed repair. We scheduled an appointment for next week.”
