“I reached out to this dealership about several 2025 Honda Pilots and requested a full OTD breakdown because I live over an hour away. I was repeatedly told a manager would call me, yet no one ever did, despite multiple follow-ups.
They eventually sent an OTD quote with no explanation and no follow-up. When I asked if there was any flexibility, especially since the vehicle is a 2025 model and we are already in 2026, I was again told a manager would contact me. That never happened.
I specifically chose to look at Honda because I expected a better value on a 2025 model and wanted to try a new brand after many years of owning Toyota vehicles. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met.
I went to Ken Ganley Honda in person, and the experience somehow got worse. The salesperson was completely disengaged, showed little to no product knowledge, and had us walk to the back lot in freezing, snowy weather instead of pulling the vehicle up.
When discussing pricing, I clearly stated that the deal fit my budget and I was very close to moving forward. I simply asked if there was any room to work with the numbers. The salesperson suddenly became aggressive, returned with a manager, and I was bluntly told “That’s not going to happen” and “That’s it.”
To make matters worse, their pricing was no better than other dealerships, while several competitors are already offering discounts on 2026 models. There was nothing competitive or customer-focused about this experience.
This dealership was one conversation away from a sale but lost it due to poor communication, dismissive attitude, and lack of professionalism. I walked out and will not return.”
