When I went to a different dealership to purchase a new Jeep, I was shocked to learn that the vehicle I had bought from this dealer four years ago had been in two accidents, including one that was severe and nearly a total loss. None of this was ever disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The car was sold to me as a regular used vehicle with no mention of its accident history, and discovering the truth years later was incredibly frustrating—especially considering how expensive the car was. It is unbelievable and disappointing that such important information was not communicated upfront. It feels like they took advantage of good, honest people. My advice: do not purchase any used vehicles from this dealer based on my experience. Transparency was not part of the process.”
