“I was referred to North Haven Mercedes through a repair shop that works strictly on Mercedes cars and vans. North Haven MB service dept is great. Everything is explained to you, they keep in touch with you, and most of all are honest about what's happening and needs to be done. Their techs there know their craft well. Ashley Roudie, the service manager, is outstanding. She is on top of everything there. She is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. She goes out of her way and does everything she can do to accommodate you. When my vehicle goes in there for any type of extended service, it is worked on within 24 hours of drop off. Not like other dealerships I've dealt with where the vehicle just sits there for several days or you're lied to about what's going on with it. I live in Fairfield County and have had experiences that weren't so good with the dealerships' service depts there for service. Just dishonest people. To all Sprinter owners, If you want your van serviced, North Haven Mercedes is the place to go. I have been going there for 2 years now. I have never, in 20 years of owning a Sprinter, have had any better service and honesty from anyone but them. Honesty is everything to me.
