“Sold me a lemon said they was gonna help me fix my vehicle and never helped just left my truck in the back. And kept giving it back to me and not fixing the problem. Poor management poor salesman they will tell u anything for your purchase.”

“The one star is generous…. Their Service department sucks for lack of better words or nicer words. I could say way more. Jason is rude,Justice is rude. And at the end of it all, they say have a blessed day as if it’s some kind of awesome place. They did not bless my daughter’s day. They actually screwed her over. The owner would not talk to her and they gave her a key that was so glued. You couldn’t open it at all to change the Not something she would’ve known until she had to change the battery. But definitely something that the service department before the car was handed over to sell should have looked over. Not to mention, my daughter almost had to have her car totaled after a deer hit her and did minimal damage. But because of the way the car was rigged together before she got it because it was in a bad accident and no one said anything they had to fix all of those damages inside there as well along with the things that happened while she had it. She almost lost her car. I would’ve had no car all because of their negligence. I would not recommend Anybody buy a car from them unless you take it somewhere to get it looked at before you buy it. Absolutely get a second opinion.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I first got my car, everything seemed fine. Drove okay other than a sensor needed repaired which was on the “we owe” part of the agreement. When I came in to get it repaired. My car took way longer than it should have. I was lied to several times about my car being worked on, mean while they hadn’t even touched it and the car was sitting in the parking lot. After I finally got my car back, I still had not received my title. I was given the run around for several days and had to pay additional fees for my title even though it was included with the original cost. Last but not least, they gave me broken key fob that was glued together. This makes it literally impossible to replace the battery, because that’s all I need to do at the moment to get my fob working again. They refuse to replace the key or fix the mistake, which wouldn’t be an issue if they hadn’t given me an unsafe car. My car has been in a pretty bad accident prior to me purchasing it, so when I hit a deer about a month ago it uncovered a bunch of rugged together parts that were “unsafe” according to my insurance company.”

“This is a BS company. Had been talking to someone a few days about a H2 vehicle that they had. They listed it online with out having all the paperwork for it said they couldn't sell it right that minute. And would get ahold of me as soon as they had the paperwork. So 4 days of trying to figure it out. They marked it sold and made a appointment for me to come get it. Then the lister/seller supposedly had yesterday day off. And they sold it out from under me. And I guess the lister/seller. And he lost out on a few hundred dollars. This was going to be a Christmas present for my wife its something she's been wanting for years I don't like the He's but that's what she wanted. So happy wife happy life right. Now a huge wrench has been threw in to my plans cause of them not being able to do things right between one another. So they have wasted 5 days of my time cause I was looking Saturday and Sunday. And messaged them Monday. Here it is thrusday. And I'm told this BS. When I messaged today to see if they had got the paperwork together yet. At the end of the day the car shouldn't have been listed till they had all paperwork in hand and ready to go. I was told Monday on the phone that they would work on the paperwork Monday and get back to me asap. 4 days later hadn't heard anything about it so I decided to reach out to them told pretty much be slapped in the face cause they can't do their jobs right. Then told oh hey we have a Chevy trailblazer. So I'm supposed to just take whatever they have. How to i go from a H2 to a POS trailblazer.”
