This could have been one of the best experiences buying a Car in all my 56 years. Until i had a few questions about the vehicle i was purchasing for my wife. Then I had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting Justin Toth (sales manager). Unable to give an honest and informed answer to two simple questions he got angry and frustrated and started to raise his voice and become pugilistic. I had to go to the general manager for sanity and answers. How this guy got a managerial position at any company that deals with customers spending upwards of thirty thousand dollars is beyond me. This so called professional knows squat about cars and it shows. Also during his tirade he scared the hell out of my wife and the saleswoman. Needless to say if they employ people like this they are in deep trouble. His attitude would get him fired from a job on a garbage truck. The dealership says Malouf Lincoln. Not Toth’s Lincoln! How dare you treat any customer like that. Growing up in a retail business if my father ever heard me talking to and then yelling at a customer in the manner that Mr. Toth did, he would beat my rear end raw, make me apologize and then fire me. I’m also pretty sure that Mr. Malouf would never treat a customer like that. I would love to shop here again in the future but after what happened and no apology’s or anything from this man and they still employ him? I do not know. Ironically the car we were buying supposedly was the owners personal vehicle with zero accidents. Because of Mr. Toth’s dishonesty and because of his angry reaction about being questioned made me curious so i decided to check the vehicle myself and found out why it may not have been offered as certified in the beginning. I will update soon. Also just so you are informed, if you do decide to buy here have them deduct the $150.00 etching fee that they do not tell you that you do not have to pay but are supposed to tell you before you are just charged for it. I’m pretty sure its the law for them to inform the customer of this but they didn’t. Possibly because of all the commotion caused by Mr. Toth? IDK. This practice of adding it to the vehicle and the final paperwork without telling you that its there and that you do not have to pay for it shows the lack of integrity of the dealership. If this huge dealership has to resort to these methods because $150.00 means that much to them imagine what $150.00 plus tax means to a regular person like me. Almost all legit dealers stopped this practice many years ago. Why this dealership feels the need to sneak in an extra $150.00 at the end without telling you for something that is essentially useless is beyond me. Also the etching does you Zero benefit! If they say different check with your insurance they will confirm the ridiculousness of this gimmick. In this case ironically the etching stickers tell a tale. I would also love to know who did the exterior inspection on my car I’m sure he has a dog and a cane! I thought Mr. Toth said he checked all the tires and the vehicle for certification and they are part of that report, maybe that’s why he’s so upset. This car haunting him?Possible selective vision? I’m hoping for a good explanation but judging by my experience thus far i am not hopeful. When people do things to try and deceive others they always leave behind mistakes.

Wow "Better call Saul" We were stranded on the Jersy turn pike no one would take us due to the weekend. We had a camper in tow and 5 dogs ..Desol fuel line issue. They not only squeezed us in but repaired it. Thanks Jersey boys Special Thanks to Danny Amazing kindness

Finally bought the car of my dreams- a Lincoln. I’m so glad I bought it from Malouf. Chris Fitzgerald, my salesman, was awesome to work with. Friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Don Brown, sales manager, was always available to help and easy to work with. Easiest, best new car experience. Everyone..if you’re in the market for a Lincoln…you know where to go!

I highly recommend Malouf Lincoln for anyone considering purchasing an auto!!! I was treated with respect and felt Marlo (sales) listened to my issues and was there to help. She was knowledgeable about the auto, the process of buying the car, and was dedicated to customer satisfaction. I did not feel any high-pressure sales. Don (sales manager) was also knowledgeable and reassuring about my concerns. The customer focus continued on the day I picked up the car. I was given a facility tour, met key folks that will be assisting me for the time I have my car, and training on the technology options in my car. I was given a clear, detailed explanation and understood my pricing and financing. I felt like a part of the Malouf Family. I plan on being a lifetime customer.

I was extremely satisfied when I leased my vehicle. The process was so efficient and friendly, I never imagine the service could possibly get better. I blew out a tire and bought my car to the nearest Lincoln dealer for service which happened to be 27 miles north of this dealer. The service at the other dealer was not only long, they were not sympathetic to my situation. In fact, I was told if it was such an emergency to bring it to a tire shop down the road. I called Malouf Lincoln and explained my situation. Not only was the phone service friendly and understanding, they told me to come on down and they’d work with me. I was expecting to drop off my car and pick it up the next day, instead they said they would be able to get it done same day! What started out as a bad day ended up being an amazing day. I witness what care and compassion could accomplish. Absolutely great dealer and service center!! Thank you!
