I had an amazing experience purchasing my car this weekend! From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. A huge thank-you to my salesperson Dre and the sales manager Chase, they were both incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to working with me and my budget. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mostafa at North Bergen Buick GMC and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and valued—not just like another sale. Mostafa took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered every question with patience and honesty, and never once made me feel pressured. It truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. What really stood out was his kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Buying a car can often feel stressful, but Mostafa made it smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. I absolutely love my new Buick Encore Preferred and I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers, I can’t recommend Mostafa enough. I wish I could remember who the finance guy was that I dealt with because I would give him 5 stars separately. This is because he didn't want any money from me until we went over the paperwork and I understood everything. There was minimal paperwork as well, because he didn't try to add on any dealer nonsense. I'll edit if I can find his name in the paperwork. My sales guy, Mustafa, was quite entertaining and enthusiastic. The whole experience was actually pleasant and the only reason I gave it only 4 stars, was because my plates and registration were late and I had to park it for a while. Better than risking an accident in an unregistered vehicle. All in all, this is a solid dealership and I would do business with them again based on the financial experience alone. In the end, I got a good car at a good price. The fluids stains in the Pic were from my 380k mile 4runner's tranny that finally gave out.

I just had the unfortunate experience of attempting to purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Firstly, after making an appointment and telling them I would be there at 10am the following day i received no less than 5 calls and text messages to confirm my appointment. All within a 12hr period. It got to the point where I asked them to please stop calling me. Secondly, upon me arriving a had to stand in the parking lot and wait fir no less than 20 minutes while they tried to find the car in the lot (it was in the basement of the building next door) where as I felt that since the dealership knew that i was driving over 2hrs each way to test drive the car and they incessantly called to confirm my appointment, they should've had the car brought out and ready for me to test drive. Now, the final note i have and the main reason for my 1 star review is that.....well, let me start by saying this; the salesman who i dealt with was named Marcus and he was excellent. I don't do well with car salesmen typically and he all but had the vehicle sold to me. Until his sales manager named Issa decided to get involved and told me that the online price of the car is firm and they wouldn't negotiate the cost of the car AT ALL. That, plus they added a $3,200 "service fee" that I can't justify one bit. This is a used vehicle that has been sitting in their lot for over a year. When the manager told me that they wouldn't negotiate the cost of the car or the fees with me. The sales manager came across as condescending, smug and had a very "it doesn't matter to me. Take it or leave it" type of attitude. Don't waste your time. Buy a vehicle elsewhere. The only good thing about this place, as far as what I was able to see, is that they have a salesman named Marcus who's being held back by management from being able to actually sell cars. Because he has this car all but sold today.

Run don’t walk from this place. I got my car back in worst shape than when I dropped it off, and they took zero accountability for it. UPDATE: went to another dealership and they opened my car and laughed at what North Bergen did. They couldn’t even believe it. They gave me my car back with parts missing and tubes open. A DISGRACE. And they still charged me and again are taking ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I drove my DAUGHTER in this car in this condition. This dealership should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
