I had a very disappointing experience today and feel compelled to share it. I was helped by David, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. He argued with me about a service recommendation and attempted to pressure and intimidate me into purchasing it. When I declined, he responded in a way which felt retaliatory and inappropriate, noting he would make sure it was entered into my file that I refused service that would affect my warranty. What made his comments especially concerning is that back in December, he had me sign paperwork stating I was leaving with a road hazard issue — which I later learned was not accurate. I trusted what I was being told at the time, and finding out afterward that the information wasn’t correct significantly damaged my trust. He also made it clear that if I was unhappy, I could take my business to another Nissan dealership. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, particularly toward a returning customer trying to address concerns. Customer service should be respectful, transparent, and pressure-free. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Update: There was no state inspection involved with the previous visit. I asked about one of my tires and I was told the tire had an issue and then was referred to expensive replacements, which I then decided to go to my tire shop to get better clarification. After immediately going to my tire shop that day, it was found that the tire in question was not damaged as advised by David. There was nothing wrong with the tire. Additionally, David did not look up any of the past information since I was told he sees too many people everyday to remember anything. I stand by David being unprofessional.

This was our first time at Nucar and what a great experience! Met at the door by Sam...then Chris was our salesperson. We felt so comfortable, no pressure, they knew our budget and worked with it for us to be able to drive out with the car we wanted!! Absolutely recommend Nucar to all my friends!! Thank you to Chris and Sam for making our buying experience wonderful!

Habib helped me buy a 2024 GMC Truck and worked hard to get me a great deal. The deal was fair and he was very respectful of my time. I would highly recommend Habib and Nucar to anyone looking for a new/used car or truck.
