“I am extremely disappointed with my service experience at Southern Dodge Norfolk. I own a 2023 Hellcat Redeye and have now brought the vehicle in six separate times for the same leak issue. The vehicle has currently been sitting at the dealership for over two weeks with no repair plan, no update, and no communication. I have called multiple times and left several voicemails — none have been returned. I was also informed that my case is now sitting in the finance director’s office, yet I have still not been contacted by him either. From what I have been told, the dealership appears unsure how to proceed or what the resolution will be - due the Warrenty expiration. That’s irrelevant to me, I want my car operational. I had not been offered a rental vehicle at all through this process. At this point, the issue is no longer just the repair, it is the complete lack of customer service, ownership, and accountability. A performance vehicle at this price point should not require repeated visits for the same problem, and customers should never have to chase a dealership just to get basic information. I am requesting immediate communication, a defined repair plan, and a resolution. If this cannot be addressed promptly, I will be pursuing escalation through corporate and consumer protection channels. I hope the dealership chooses to make this right. John was so responsive today and I’m thankful for that but no one who could provide answers would get on the phone or call back and Michelle has been unresponsive for weeks after 5 voicemails. Spend your money elsewhere.”

However, what is really not acceptable is that our perfectly clean car was given back with significant stains to the light interior. Before determined ready one should make sure that everything is o.k. with it.”
