I opted for a used car this time with getting a new vehicle. I just moved here from Oklahoma and was a little nervous on finding a good honest deal. The staff was friendly helpful and seem to genuinely care about their customers. The car buying experience was not so stressful here. Love the discounted oil changes and how quickly they handle the customer’s needs/questions. I’ll be getting another car for my daughter soon and will probably go here first.

This was by far the easiest process I've experienced purchasing a vehicle. I received a text from 1 Stop AUTO early that morning and after being disappointed with my initial choice I decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was asked what I was looking for, Dave walked me out, showed me the perfect fit and be the end of the day I had the key in hand. There was no hassle, he was informative and made the process simple. Thanks so much to Dave and his team.

Would not buy a car here if you can avoid it. I purchased a 2017 Jetta from them and first week check engine light came on for a misfire in three out of four cylinders. Took it back to them cause I have a three month "warranty" they did not honor in this case. Also told them to check my motor mounts cause I can feel the entire motor shift around when changing gears. They stated they were fine but I work in the automotive industry as well so l lifted the car up and you can shake the entire motor by hand 2 of 4 mounts are bad. Also refused to warranty and just tried gaslighting me into thinking they were fine. Noticed a bad control arm as well which should have caused the car to fail inspection also brake pads are almost metal to metal which also would have failed they only replaced when I said I'd get a state trooper to look at it in fear of getting their license taken for just slapping a inspection sticker on this car. I've been back twice and every time l've been dismissed. My concerns are not taken seriously I feel due to me being a female when I have personally sought these issues and also had a second shop check the car and confirm my concerns. Transmission is also grinding when shifting and popping out of gear and they also refuse to warranty just keep getting offered to pay another $1700 for a extended warranty so I can take it somewhere else cause they refuse to take accountability for it with the warranty I currently have they are just waiting for it to run out and when I mentioned just returning the car to them l'd have to forfeit my $2000 down payment for THEIR NEGLIGENCE. Now I have been looking father into concerns with the vehicle and found 2 broken springs in the rear and all suspension is blown. and also a very profuse leak in both rear calipers. Was not expecting to have 2k in repairs only 2 months into having a vehicle and receiving no help from the dealer that chose to put this UNSAFE car on the market when I supposedly had a “warranty” From someone who's worked in automotive industry the last 9 years and have seen the shadey things shops can do to you this place is by far one of the top contestants for shitty business. Would just avoid completely…

After having been cheated by other dealers, finally I've found a dealer that made me comfortable with warranty, service and price. Charisma was superbly friendly and cute in helping me finding the car (a 2011 GMC Acadia). Steve gave me the change to test the car for the entire weekend and also add some little discount. What really made me choice about this seller is the fact that if I have a problem a go to their mechanic shop beside their office. I would recommend them! 👍🏻👍🏻🔝🔝
