“I have left messages on the computer. And I called three times. I left one message with the AI, and I left two messages with their lady answering the phones. All three times I requested a callback from a manager, and it never happened. I was absolutely ready to buy their Tesla. I see now why they have such poor ratings.”

“With a third child on the way, our small coupe wasn't cutting it anymore. We spent the weekend visiting many lots, but Premium Autos was the only one that felt honest. We arrived on a busy Saturday morning, but the team took the time to show us different SUVs that might accommodate our car seats. We discovered a fantastic deal.”

“Came in right after they opened and had a very good experience. Luis was wrapping up with another customer but acknowledged us immediately. He confirmed the vehicle we were interested in was available and clearly explained their process, including the theft protection add-on and financing pre-qualification (we were paying cash). He walked us out to the car, opened it up, started it, and offered to move other vehicles if we wanted to test drive. He set expectations that the full process would take about three hours, including paperwork and detailing, since detailing is done after purchase. Very professional and transparent. We didn’t buy today because my son wants to think it over, but we were impressed.”

“It was overwhelming to trade in my gas SUV for a Tesla Model Y, but the guys here made it simple. I stopped there over the weekend and was amazed with how clean their showroom is. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and assisted me in learning the fundamentals of EV charging because I am new to the technology. What impressed out was the transparency of the vehicle's history record.”

“Went here to see look at a used Tesla after seeing their ads pretty much everywhere online. Looking at their lot, they have many. Salesman was polite, helpful, and even honest, but a few things stood out right away. He said dealer policy requires that I purchase their anti-theft add-on for $2000. That's illegal, period, but I figured I would negotiate that later.
We found a car that matched my requests and went outside to look at it. While looking at the other cars I noticed, almost every one had curb rash and missing center caps on the wheels. Not sure what's up with that.
This particular car had left rear damage in the Carfax, and although it had been repaired the paint repair looked horrible. Looked like body filler that had been applied by a cheap landlord, not even sanded smooth. But the kicker, I decided to open the trunk to look inside and found it was out of alignment and now wouldn't close. Not sure who quality checked this car after being repaired, but it certainly sent up huge red flags and I decided this is probably the norm for them. The 2.7 star rating seems to reflect that.
If you want something cheap, regardless of issues down the road, this is probably your place. But I'm not that desperate.”
