“As a business owner, I feel it is important to warn potential customers and leadership about the practices at this dealership.
My experience began last week when I brought my nephew in person to look at vehicles. Despite providing his information, he never received any follow up communication. No calls, no emails, and no outreach of any kind.
Despite that experience, I chose to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt and engage personally. Unfortunately, the same pattern repeated.
My credit was run, resulting in a hard inquiry, yet I never received a clear approval, denial, or explanation. I was asked to come in to test drive a vehicle, only to be told the vehicle was in the service department. I later received a call from Nick stating he would look into the situation and follow up. That follow up never occurred.
From that point forward, communication stopped entirely. Calls were not returned, questions were not answered, and there was no transparency regarding the status of the vehicle or my application. This raises serious concerns about internal process and customer handling.
I was fully prepared to move forward with a purchase, yet the vehicle appeared to be prioritized elsewhere without any communication. Running a customer’s credit without providing a timely outcome or explanation is not acceptable business practice.
Between my nephew’s experience last week and my own, this dealership has demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow through. As someone who owns and operates a business, this is not how customers or prospects should be treated.
I would strongly encourage customers and ownership to take a closer look at how inquiries, credit checks, and communication are being handled.”

I don’t usually leave reviews, but All In Auto Group in Norco absolutely deserves one.
Between me, my ex-wife, and my current wife, we’ve all bought used cars through Hudson, and every single experience has been nothing short of outstanding. That alone should tell you how much trust we have in this place.

“I purchased a 2022 BMW X7 from this family-owned, out-of-state dealership, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Albert, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with! He was transparent, patient, and thorough in explaining every detail. Car buying can sometimes feel shady, but I didn’t have any issues
Since we had never bought a car out of state before, we were nervous about trusting photos and descriptions, but he made the process seamless. He even arranged the shipping, and the car arrived in less than a week. Everything went as smoothly as possible.
I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. They’re honest, efficient, and truly care about their customers.”

“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Albert Aboujaoude who provided EXCELLENT Customer Service. I purchased used 2015 Ram Dodge truck for my grandson Ryan. His friendly personality made me feel trusting to him. I wasn’t given good customer at my local used dealers and totally appreciated Albert’s kindness. After the purchase he gave the truck an oil service & fuelled up!! I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to take the drive to Norco All In Auto! You’ll be glad you did!!

“recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and it broke down on my drive home to the Bay Area immediately after taking delivery. A diagnostic showed bad fuel system components, but the dealership only replaced the battery hoping it would clear the codes. After the battery replacement, the same codes for a bad fuel pump remain.
When I reached out, I was told the car was sold “as is.” While I understand what that means, an “as is” sale should not excuse a vehicle that breaks down within hours of purchase. Selling a car that fails immediately after leaving the lot raises serious concerns about the dealership’s inspection process and good faith in selling reliable vehicles.
I’ve spoken directly with Mr. Albert as my sales guy , whom declined to take responsibility or assist with further repairs apart from the diagnostic and battery repairs which where not the problem the car had that caused it to fail on the drive home.
please do not do business here ,this business has shady sales practice and have a F with the Better Business bureau as they have multiple complaints filed against them and people having the same issue where the car they've been sold fails very shortly after being sold to them .”
