I came from WA state to Indiana to buy a car, and sales guy Dennis made it worth it. He was super helpful. Dennis recorded a video review of the car, prior to me coming to see the car, and he made sure to include details. I really appreciate his extra work since I already had negative experience at the other dealer where agent was dishonest and lied about condition of the car. Dennis on the other hand was honest and respectful. Thank you Dennis keep up the good work and May God bless you. If I would need to buy a car again and this dealership had it in stock I would definitely come back. 10 ⭐️ out of 10⭐️

Met with Tyrell to look at a 2021 Golf GTI they had on the lot and was able to drive off with a new car I had my eyes on. Car was well kept, they had answers for any concerns I had about the car, and were able to towards a final number that worked best for both of us. They also have a really cute shop cat. And their numbers guy Mike/Mark, can't remember his name, looks great in a tiara.

I was a ready-to-buy customer interested in a used vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for months. Despite the listing showing a large price drop, the dealership refused to negotiate anywhere near true market value, even though CarFax, mileage, and pricing data showed the car was significantly overpriced. When I questioned the pricing, the “sales manager” stated they didn’t need to sell the vehicle because “the owner’s wife drives it and loves it.” When I presented a fair offer based on real market data, the conversation ended abruptly — it became clear that selling the car to an informed buyer simply wasn’t a priority. The impression left on me was that the dealership relies on buyers who don’t research market pricing and may not fully understand vehicle valuation, rather than working transparently with educated, serious customers. They would rather keep the car than make a reasonable, data-backed deal. If you’re looking for professionalism, honesty, and a dealership that negotiates in good faith, there are better options out there — especially for buyers who value transparency and don’t want to feel taken advantage of. Edit: they will also lie in their review responses. Was barely in contact with them for a month. Oct 18th first date of contact. Professionalism has nothing to do with pricing. The salesman wouldn't do anything over text, so that 3 weeks was more like 4 days of conversation. Won't work on your time and laugh if they don't like your responses.
