“We went to look at a used truck for my husband to use for work. All the vehicles were parked so close together you could hardly open the doors, and it took a while for then to get the truck out of the space for us to test drive it. The truck ran really rough when it was first started and when we test drove it in 4WD, the front end sounded like it waa going to fall out. Brought it back and told the owner, he went outside for a few minutes then came.back in saying thr front differential was out and needed replaced. He offered to have ot fixed. They knew about the issue. The owner was outside just a couple of minutes and didn't appear to drive thr truck...they were just hoping people wouldn't test out the 4WD and they wouldn'thave to replace it...pretty shady. Also, the guy I had talked to amd texted about the vehicle, who I was supposed to talk to when I arrived, Matt, didn't even work there. Weird.”

They moved a few cars from the Noblesville location to the Westfield location so all the cars I wanted to see were at the same location. They were honest about the cars and any known issues. “Worked with Naim at the Westfield location for my new Audi Q5 and pretty happy with the experience. I had been working with another couple of dealerships having test drove other vehicles and the difference was night and day in how the process was being handled. Naim and everyone from financing to service department was great to deal with- professional and good customer service. Need to come back for a couple minor missed items that were agreed upon during the purchase process, but they were trying to get me in the car on a busy Saturday - earlier than the following Monday originally discussed. Overall, pretty happy and will likely be returning for future purchases.”
