“Never did it occur to me that I needed to clarify how many times the engine has been replaced on a vehicle prior to making the 6 hour round trip drive. My daughter and I were in close communication with Joel and his sales manager regarding a Subaru prior to starting the trek to purchase this vehicle. It was not disclosed until Joel came in to show me the documentation of work and multiple engines that I was informed of this. Neither he nor the sales manager chose to disclose it prior to my arrival. The vehicle had multiple check engine lights on and many of the safety features were disabled due to this. Joel, you have wasted my time and you have wasted my money. This is a very poor way to run a business and to withhold that information until we had made the three hour drive to get there was unprofessional and dishonest. Is this your normal business model with the general population, or was this because you were working with two females, one of which is only 20 years old? I wish you no success and I sincerely hope you lose business because of your actions.”

They got me into the shop and immediately replaced the issue, the catalytic converter, and then sent me on the way. They have a great selection of cars and will take good care of you.
