“Took my 2021 Chevy Tahoe in for new tires and an oil change. I specifically told Sean, the service advisor multiple times to please check the “Service Brake Pad Monitor” warning that was on the dash. He assured me they would. Two days later when I picked the vehicle up, the warning was still there. I spoke with the service manager (Mark) and showed him the problem. He said “it’s not on the paper” as if I typed up the work order, and told me they would take care of it and call me when it was ready. He called later that day saying it was fixed. I drove it home the next day and the exact same warning is still on. I had to take time off work twice for the same visit, and the original concern I clearly expressed was never addressed. It feels like the only thing that matters here is performing the highest-profit services and getting the car out the door, regardless of what the customer actually asks for. My advice to anyone using this dealership: make absolutely sure every single concern is written on the service order, because the advisors and managers sure as hell don’t listen to what the client is asking. They only follow what’s on paper. Very disappointing experience. 0 stars”
