I went to Car Town Kia on Lexington road in Nicholasville today and I had a great experience with the salesman Barry Fisher. As soon as I pulled up he greeted me and ask me how could he help me. He is very kind and generous and was a great Salesman. He worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted and didn't stop until we came to a agreement.. I would highly recommend him and the sales crew at Kia... Highly recommended them if your looking for a new car with a great warranty....

Our salesman was Barry Fisher. He was amazing. He was pleasant, efficient and personable. He was able to pinpoint a vehicle that met all of our needs! In fact, every person that we dealt with was awesome! I highly, highly recommend Barry and the whole team!

I initially left a positive review based on the sales experience. Unfortunately, after the purchase, serious issues arose that changed my perspective. The dealership made a verbal commitment during the financing process that they would cover my November payment due to their systems being down at the time of sale. That agreement was not honored, and the dealership now denies it occurred, leaving my account one payment behind. Additionally, the dealership damaged my vehicle during a promised trim repair, including noticeable scratches to the door paint, which remain unresolved. I am currently working through this issue with Kia corporate and hope it can be resolved fairly. I will update this review if the dealership makes things right

Could not have had a better, easier car buying experience! Brandon Ragland was my salesman, so down to earth and literally sold me my dream car over the phone! No hassles. Very transparent. Not pushy at all. Communication was great. Had my deal waiting on me when I got there. Explained I would have my son with me who has Autism so I couldn't sit for hours. He was ready for us and treated my son like his own. Took us straight to finance where I was taken care of by another wonderful Brandon. This guy already knew about my son and I can't tell you how much that meant to me. He had everything ready and even suggested a place I could get wide width shoes for my son. This was like going and seeing family, not a business. I literally stayed longer only because it was so easy and nice to talk them.They listened to the payment and terms I wanted and made it happen. You will not regret buying a vehicle from them! So if you have been eyeing a Kia, they can definitely get you in one!!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible sales associates. Whitney Wright and her lack of professionalism, lack of phone skills, lack of sales, and one hundred percent attitude will be the downfall of this dealership. Imagine requesting to speak to someone and she takes over with her attitude. Screening the call. Then, insults you as this is not a matter for her. As for someone else, but she wants to know all of the information. If she spent as much time with sales and service as she does with attitude and being nosy she might just sell a vehicle. This interaction alone will prevent me from visiting this dealership ever and purchasing a vehicle in the future. When they say people dread going to a dealership and dealing with associates such as this, she is the exact definition. Corporate Kia will receive the same message and hopefully they can send her to a class where she can learn how to be more personable. No, thank you, car town, Kia USA. You have failed.
