“I just purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Everett at Casey Subaru. A+ on his level of service! As well as, the rest of the team that helped me out. “Went to Casey Subaru after returning from overseas not knowing what car we wanted. After just a few minutes of conversation Lonnie had us browsing multiple cars that not only fit our family and style but budget as well. Test drives occurred, and a few hours later we had what we needed. With Lonnie we never felt pressured or uneasy. The F&I Manager at the end was pushy in the warranty and seemed to have a hard time hearing no, but came around. Further, and I suppose naturally for his business, tried to get us into. 7. Something interest rate loan until I informed him I was already approved with another institution for 5.4. Then magically (within seconds) found one lower. I know it’s the art of negotiation, but would have sincerely appreciated after all the time we spent there receiving a fair offer up front.
