This was my second car from them and my fourth Mercedes overall, and there’s a reason I continue to come back — even driving in from LA just to work with their team. “My boyfriend bought me a 2025 c43 AMG off the show room floor on Friday night as an early valentines gift. He requested a bow and flowers (other vehicles in the show room had bows on top and flowers inside for valentines) to which Rick, one of the senior ex players said that could be arranged. When they showed us the car, it was in a random spot near the pre owned vehicles with no bow or flowers. They gave us the keys and we left. Aside from that, the C43 he purchased came with a pre delivery defect. The light on the passenger side right vent not only doesn’t turn on, but the AC vent doesn’t open properly, it’s stuck sideways. Our salesman Nikolas scheduled us for an appointment to both service on the vent and to set up the Mercedes Benz account. We called him twice and he did not answer. We were told he would meet us in the lounge and he never showed up. Then, our service man tells us he is out of loaners. We requested enterprise rental and they said they were out. The service center was extremely packed, and the service guy just told us it’s Monday our busiest day. We drove here in pouring rain and freezing weather to be told to come back tomorrow 20 minutes earlier for a loaner. I have only been with Mercedes Fletcher Jones for 4 days, but this has been an extremely disappointing experience.”

“UPDATE: they resolved all issues and did a solid by towing the vehicle back to me. Definitely got it done a few days faster as well. Much appreciated and updated my review rating to reflect that. My biggest critique is this: I purchased a G550 and drove it home. The very next day, the check engine light came on and the battery was essentially dead. They ended up towing the vehicle on a Sunday. When Monday came around and I still hadn’t heard anything by 3:00 p.m., I called to speak with the GM. I was connected with a manager, who said they would jump on it right away. Shortly after, I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to complete the work until after Christmas—completely derailing any plans—and that they also couldn’t tow the vehicle back to my home in Calabasas in the same manner they towed it to their dealership. Takeaway: Make sure to question the quality of work and the due diligence performed before taking delivery. This was a significant oversight on their part. While it may not be a big deal to some, spending this kind of money and then immediately dealing with these issues is extremely frustrating. I do understand that some things are out of anyone’s control, but I expected this to be resolved promptly, as it was likely no more than a day’s worth of work.”
