“If you want to know how their customer service is, just look at the reviews. Five star reviews get replies. People with problems, who leave bad reviews, are ignored. This virtual behavior is exactly how they conduct themselves in real life. You are just an open wallet and they will take you for as much money as they can grab. I had 3 warning lights come on for the Driver Assist radar. Their estimate was 2000+. I thought this was odd and told them not to do the repair and paid the $140 for the estimate. With and unexpected high repair cost like that, I decided to shop around. I went to another shop. He said their diagnosis was odd as those radars rarely go bad if you haven't had an accident. Turns out it had lost calibration and was out of alignment by .8 percent which was enough to trigger the trouble codes. He realigned the radar in 15 minutes and while that would normally be about $250, they did it for nothing since their equipment was already set up for the alignment. So, $250 vs $2000 plus is a significant difference. They just plug you in, read their diagnostic equipment and replace with highly marked up parts at Martin Honda. I think it would be accurate to call them a replace shop, not a repair shop. If you have unlimited dollars to throw at your car problems, Martin Honda might be an okay place to go. They have a massive staff and facility that you can support.”
