“I am very pleased with the service and repairs that was done to my Audi Q7 from Audi New Rochelle. The customer service i received from Hannah Aliahmad was beyond exceptional. She made my process & decisions to get my car fixed very comfortable n thrusting. She was very detailed as to what I needed to have fix. She highlighted the risks factor which was a big deal for me bc my son drives that car. She updated me in every steps and even when as far to offer me various payment options Audi has. Her commutation from day 1 my son when in for help with his car was unmatch. She lead with respect and clear understanding of what we were dealing with. She is not only a great commucator and person, but a tremendous asset to Audi as it resonates with customers support. She is a 5 star that deserves recognition. I spent nearly 8g which was a hefty bill but she made it comfortable and understandable as why it was needed. “Thank you to Wilfredo! I showed interest in a vehicle at 4pm on New Years Eve. In less than an hour, Peter from finance and Will from sales contacted me with an approval. I was pleased and appreciated how efficient they both were in helping me. New Years Day, they were closed and January 2nd, I picked up my new car! Wilfredo made the car buying process so seamless and easy, it was almost unreal! When I arrived at the dealership, he helped me set up the myAudi app and then we went to the car. He thoroughly explained all the features the car had and was super knowledgeable when I asked any questions. We then signed paperwork and I was in and out the dealership within an hour! “Giving 4 stars, but would give 4.5. Altogether happy with our experience. I found my car online using the Audi certified pre owned inventory search. I knew what I wanted - CPO 2022-2023 Q7 55 with less than 20k miles, preferably gray or black, if I could get lucky, brown or tan interior, and less than $50k. I found exactly what I wanted at Audi New Rochelle. I live in NC near the SC border, so it's a 10 hour drive. We called and spoke with Evanette to confirm the car was on the lot, and that we planned on trading in our 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE that had succumbed to some damage on the passenger rear bumper that day via tractor trailer. We discussed some general questions, sent over pictures of our current vehicle, and made the drive overnight to the dealership, arriving when it opened. Evanette was very thorough with every step and happy to answer any questions we had. She showed us the car and walked us through everything we'd need to know. She essentially ran interference with Peter throughout the trade in/financing process. We had a game plan walking into the dealership, and they worked with us to make it happen. Initially we weren't pleased with how the financing options came out. We were aware of knowing we'd have to put a decent deposit down, but expected a low APR for having great credit as every vehicle we financed in the past, even with not the best credit, fell between 5-8%. Not 10.99%. Ouch. We proceeded to leave and had driven all of a minute away from the dealership when Evanette called and said she and Peter could bring the APR down from 10.99% to 5.99% and we could also put less down and be in the range of the monthly payment we were looking for. We turned around, worked out the paperwork, and drove away in a beautiful car. It was a looooong process. We arrived at the dealership when it opened at 9am and left around 5pm. Of course, we understand that it's a waiting game with the DMV and financers but 8 hours was gruelling after the overnight drive. I joked that they were watching us depreciate in front of them. 😅 They were very gracious and worked with us diligently. No haggling, was able to negotiate, and clearly worked some magic on the financement side. Was a bit more than we'd anticipated price-wise, but overall we are leaving happy customers. Thank you Evanette and Peter for working with us, you both were excellent! Very excited to be an Audi owner. 🙂”

If you're looking for a solution for a damaged Vehicle, go somewhere else or buy Honda. Great looking location, good coffee and cookies 🍪 tho.”
