“In the service department, Drew, was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and fought for me to get my warranty to cover a number of problems with my car (transmission and other issues) and not only did he do that on my behalf but he also reached out to the dealership where I purchased my car to pay for a part they should have replaced prior to me purchasing my car!! I felt like I was family coming to him about my issues and not just”another random customer “!!! He really went above and beyond the call of duty to get my rental car, take care of all my issues and it was first class from start to finish! If you want someone who’s going to treat you like family and fight for you, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ASKING FOR DREW IN SERVICE!!! Thank you so much Drew, all of your help meant so much especially fighting with over 35 phone calls for me to get me taken care of! “I had just purchased a used car at a dealership last Sunday and it needed and alignment from the get go so my wonderful boss found me a coupon for the service and I decided to give them a shot. They found a bit of an issue during the service to the point where I couldn’t take the car home with me that day because it wasn’t safe. Grateful they caught it before I had an accident!! All in all Kevin helped me throughout the whole process, excellent customer service and I didn’t have to pay extra. You guys rock!!! So so thankful 💜”

“I sold my car to Maus Nissan and had a wonderful experience doing it. Matt Boylan came up to me and said he was the person to check the car. It was explained to me that after inspecting the car the results would be given to JP and he would say what the offer would be. Matt looked and checked everything on the car and was keeping me informed of what was happening. This man was so easy to talk to and gave off a good vibe. He came to me with an offer that I accepted. As I was sitting there for all the inspecting I had the chance to observe the other salesman and I have to say, they were all having smiles on their faces and was so polite to everyone they met. With the world being the way it is, with so much hatred it felt really good to see them cheerful and willing to help others.
I saw where Maus have had some terrible reviews but in my case, selling a car and not buying one was a really good and calming experience.”
