“It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I’m only getting the run around dealing directly with the parts department. In early September I ordered a part that did not fit my Jeep. I returned it a few days later for a refund. I’ve gone to the dealership multiple times and each time I’m told someone will take care of it. We’re now about to enter into a new year and last Monday 12/15/25 I was given the same run around. While $78 isn’t a lot of money; it’s owed to me and you’d think the dealership would have a system in place to get this taken care of immediately. This has literally been a months long process of me being patient. The parts department needs to do better. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’d forewarn anyone before ordering parts from them. Also; when I ordered the part. I brought in the item I needed fitted. The guy would’ve known something was off had he looked more closely at my item to see it was missing a certain component and wouldn’t have worked. I relied on his expertise to know better.”

“Surfing the internet Wednesday browsing cars and saw the upgrade I have been looking for listed at capitol south. Spoke with Stan over the phone, and drove an hour after I got off work to come look at a 2025 Durango GT to upgrade from my 2021 Durango. Stan took good care of me helped me get our prices together, worked some number magic and Thursday we spent the day gathering my papers while I was at work so signing would be simple... got to capitol at 530 pm Thursday and between Stan and John in finance I was out the door with my keys and driving home by 630 pm.
