“Just purchased a 2021 Chevy pickup from Arceneaux Ford. I got the pleasure to work with Rebecca on this vehicle and I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with her. I live in New York so it made things a bit more challenging. I asked for multiple photos and videos which were quickly sent. When we finally made a deal all paperwork including financing was easy. She even went as far to get me the name of a transport company to ship the vehicle directly to my home. Thank you Rebecca for all your hard work.”

“First, they sold vehicle from under me and did not inform me until I arrived at their location two hours away. Then, they used the AS-IS excuse to not run used Ford products through their shop for safety issues and general mechanical status. This tells me that this dealership wants you to buy a car from them AS-IS and get in a wreck on the way home from a tire blowout. Then, use the excuse of a signature on an as-is document to sell Subpar vehicles at above market pricing. Will never do business with this place again they’re absolute trash. 10/6/25 Of course before I wrote this review, I called the used car sales manager and he said I signed the AS-IS paperwork and quickly got off the phone with me. That’s why I left this review so they don’t wanna make it right. So that response was absolutely false in its nature and ofcourse no one has tried to contact me. I have to contact them and of course they’ll be busy or with another customer or something more important what there sales number are today. SMH”
