“Terrible experience with this dealership. They lie about the inventory and availability of their cars. Came in to see one car on 4 different occurrences within two weeks and the car was never available to be shown. Was given excuses each time either the car was transported back to their storage lot or the car is in the shop getting fixed. I have seen other customers there complaining too about waiting to see a car and they promise will be there in a hour and car never shows up. The fourth time I came back to see the car, I’m told it’s sold. How are they selling a car that’s never available to test drive?? Additionally, the price reflected online is not what you are paying. The fine print shows the car price with 20% down payment. Don’t bother wasting your time.”

“Incorrect price - The car adds hide 20% down payment Misinformation - I checked the car adds, checked the Website, called the office to confirm the price+additional charges, the girl didn’t mention the Additional 20% down payment. Poor communication - The staff didn’t communicate with the Storage location and the Dealership, I didn’t even get the chance to see the car, because it wasn’t there. The sales rep was good in communication and providing information about the car I was looking for. The owner of the dealership also tried to make the deal, but the 20% hidden charges were too much for me. Never going back there!”
