“Melody Was very good as soon as I walked in, she took care of me took my truck spoke to me about what was going on. Told me that she will call me. She kept me informed about everything that was going on with my truck. She was very polite very friendly. She made my experience there. A good one. The only thing I would say and this is something I’ve been saying for a while now that the only problem I have with the dealership is that they never have a loaner when my car’s been in the shop for more than two days. I believe that it doesn’t matter where I bought my car from what matters is that I’m paying for my car to be fixed and just because I didn’t buy my car from there. Shouldn’t make a difference and why I can’t get a loaner. Unfortunately, that’s just the way it’s been that would be the only thing I would have to say negative against island Chevy outside of that the service is excellent. Everybody’s very friendly if they could just take care of that that would be awesome. It’s hard for a person like me because I depend on my truck I had to ditch out $80 to make it to my appointment. That’s hard for me because I’m disabled and I live on a fixed income. That’s the only thing I would have to say negative outside of that island Chevy is excellent. The next truck I buy I will definitely look into buying it there. And I just want to thank Melody Once again for her help, she made the situation a little bit more easier for me and I thank her for that.”
