“Lets just say i've been stressed out for months trying to find a new suv and my current isnt the best so it would be constant disappointment with dealerships online pre approval it would either be a car with alot of miles in my price range or a high diwn payment which i did'nt have soo i googled dealerships and came across MyCar I went to Mycar on Wednesday after work in the hopes of looking at a Lexus that was a reasonable price I saw on the website ,When I got there i honestly had no intentions of purchasing anything , But I went in and was greeted by Adrian The Sales Consultant there I explained to him i was interested in the lexus i saw on the website which he stated was at the pa location , feelin discouraged i was about to leave until he stated look at the lot we have plenty suvs soo me and my mom took a look outside and immediately fell in love with the fully loaded Sante Fe which Beforehand I had no interest in a Hyundai .. soo i went back in and me and adrian talked i already did the pre approval on line for the lexus that i was already approved for and told him i couldnt pay a down payment today i could come back friday if it was still there, next thing i know adrian is telling another worker to get the car ready for me to take home i literally almost cried ,I paid my down payment on payday and I couldn't believe how easy ,fast and stress free the whole process was ! I would definitely refer mycar dealership ! They aren't pushy and actually listen to your needs and wants! I had A great experience and I'm very happy with my purchase.Please Go to them for your next purchase ! Its rare to find a car dealership that's not just trying to make a sale or not just trying to scam you ! They were genuine and honest from the start! Ask for Adrian he was very friendly and explained everything to me from start to finish and put everything in writing that he stated to me”
