A few weeks ago, I was looking for an X3 M40i, and during my search, I came across HyperCars, which had the exact X3 M40i that caught my attention due to its features. My salesperson, Ian, handled everything—even though they’re located in Indiana and I’m in Michigan! Throughout the entire process, Ian was extremely pleasant and very attentive to every detail of the sale, especially when it came to my trade-in. Ian helped me through the entire process, from sending me all the details of the vehicle I wanted to purchase to reserving the car for me, since it took almost 6 hours for me to get to the dealership. We coordinated the pickup of the vehicle yesterday (January 3, 2026), and everything went incredibly smoothly. After looking for a vehicle for a couple months and even doing some pre-purchase inspections that didn't go as planned I found the car I wanted at HyperCars. Conner was super easy to work with. They were honest about any imperfections prior to even talking numbers. With these guys you basically get what you pay for. Overall there is nothing bad to say about the dealership, they were nice enough to gift me two shirts plate covers, and this very nice air freshener. There I was, my dreams came through. I was out of the dealership within the next 20-25 minutes enjoying my new ride.”
