The salesman that I was originally working with was called away for personal reasons. I was fortunate to have Sage Wallace work with me. Sage was AWSOME to deal with. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I got a fair price for my trade in and a good price on the car I bought. Overall, it was a great experience.

My new to me car had overheated within 2 months of ownership and I was able to get it towed in right away. The service has been impeccable. Dion and Nick are doing a great job explaining everything and getting me in for service immediately. I love the traverse and am happy with it, it just seems that a problem wasnt caught before it was sold. Having my car serviced and clean when it was returned really made me a life time client and I will be back next time I need a vehicle!

I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Neenah—especially Dan Tibbets. For over a decade, Dan has delivered world-class service with honesty, kindness, and unmatched professionalism. He’s not just a Service Manager—he’s a rare kind of leader who truly cares. He consistently takes exceptional care of both me and my company, and he does it without exception, every single time. The entire service team—from top to bottom—is world-class. The shop is clean, the service is complete, and the integrity is real. It’s clear that quality and trust are the standard here, not the exception. I also want to recognize Scott Spanbauer, who is a shining example of what a car salesman should be: genuine, knowledgeable, and always respectful. The level of care and professionalism that both Dan and Scott bring to this business sets the tone for everything that happens here. Terrible place the person who comes to talk to you about what are you doing today with your car took forever to get to me and I ended up just going in,after when they give you your keys I took it back home and looked under the hood and oil was spilled on the outside my engine on the plastic part and my seat was adjusted but no one put it back to where I had it and I still had the old sticker telling me when my next visit is due because no one put a new sticker on my windshield saying when my next visit will be. My tire pressures were the same as before so I went to another dealership when I had to get my tires rotated and they told me one of my lugs got cross threaded and when I was in the waiting room where this girl with blonde hair that worked there was very rude to her coworkers and seemed very judgy, the people who were working on the cars were very slow and seemed like they just talked and talked and talked and then my check engine light was on and the people at the other dealership said my 02 sensor got wet and that’s why the check engine light was on and the light for tires was on and they said someone at Bergstrom did not relearn it so I do not like this dealership and don’t recommend it because they obviously do not value customers and it is now costing me $5000 to get my Buick fixed so I do not recommend this place but this is my opinion and I can’t stop you from coming here but if it is going to cost you money to get it fixed that other people messed up on who are employed somewhere that works on your car and messes up up and creates more problems and problems that didn’t exist before then I would not take it here but once again just my opinion.

Wow what a place! Emily W. and the team give top notch service. It’s pretty amazing watching the team in the garage work together. Super fast, super convenient, and very professional. Plus warm cookies and coffee while you wait. What is this place?
