“. ****In response to what they’re claiming, this is all there is to say. Do NOT BUY HIGH PERFORMANCE VEHICLES FROM THEM. They do not inspect them clearly. I had another mechanic look over the car because it did not feel right after you guys gave it back, looks like you just reset all the sensors. My initial complaint after I got the vehicle back was that there was excessive wheel hop in the low gears, which I said would increase as the RPMS would. I stated to them and will again, the car has barely been driven by myself or family members, who can attest, since it has been getting repaired for having a DESTROYED REAR DIFFERENTIAL and BROKEN AXLE. On top of the, the front crankshaft pulley is broken with RUST ON IT! So it’s been broken for years, per our local mechanic. Do not trust these guys they will try to pin the blame on you.**** ON TOP OF DISRESPECTFULLY CLAIMING IT WAS OUR FAULT, THEY CONSISTENTLY HUNG UP ON MY FATHER AND I. BOOKED US OUT FOR TWO WEEKS WHEN WE NEED MEANS FOR TRANSPORTATION, AND IGNORED THE INITIAL EMAIL AND CALLS. IT WAS NOT UNTIL THE GOOGLE REVIEW THAT WE GOT A RESPONSE. THANK THE LORD WE DID NOT FIND OUT THE REAR DIFF WAS CRUMBLING TO PIECES ON THE TRACK, IT COULD'VE COST US OUR LIVES. *****DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND EMAILS AND ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON! DONT GO HERE THEY WILL SELL YOU A BROKEN CAR!**** I would’ve loved to give these guys 5 stars but Lord knows they don’t deserve it. I was recently sold a “Lemon” (term for a banged out car) and had that vehicle returned to the previous dealership after multiple warning lights came on. ToldJ&M this story, saw they had a 392 SRT Challenger (high performance vehicle that multiple members of my family have owned) and decided to trust them and purchase theirs. They told us we were in good hands. Got the 2015 392 SRT, but not without a long list of surprises! The rear differential is no good, one of the axles is blown, and we haven’t even driven it HARD or even 1k miles. After multiple attempts to call, and even EMAILING THEM, we still have no response. Took it in to the local mechanic to get inspected because if we were to have taken it to the track like this, it could’ve cost me or my father our lives. Sales team is alright. Service department does not know what they are doing. They even put budget friendly greenmax UHP tires on this high performance vehicle, knowing that the tread will wear quickly, that comes stock with pirellis. They literally switched the wheels out a few days before it was sold to us after we already signed, and I remember clearly there being pirellis on the vehicle prior. Huh. On top of all of this, they installed a front mount for a plate without consulting us, they were able to fix that but that was about IT. All they did was plug in the holes after they straight up drilled into my front bumper of this beautiful challenger. AFTER WE SIGNED TO PURCHASE. And also one of the headlights went out, told them this prior to bringing it in, and they never replaced it. It is still out. Now I have to pay thousands out of pocket to fix. DO NOT BUY HIGH PERFORMANCE VEHICLES FROM THEM!!!!”
