“Short term ( short lived ) customer. In short, I thought I had found an honest dealership over the past several years. This dealership's service department isn't what it used to be. - What happened?? I brought my Grand Cherokee in for Diagnostics and was sent a bill without any specific details of their findings to justify the specific repair expense. - Just the expectation of put up the $$$$ and we will figure a solution. No follow up, no details, no nothing... Very interesting way of doing business especially during these times. Needless to say they lost a good customer. I do not recommend using this dealership for any service work at this time. There are other repair shops out there that do O.E. direct replacement parts and service work. Do your research. Aaron H.
