Coming into the dealership. Jace was especially helpful and upfront throughout the process. He was able to explain and articulate everything in a professional way. He went above and beyond to assist with the sale of my vehicle. Additionally the rest of the dealership staff was amicable and friendly. I am grateful for the effort put in by Jace and everyone else here as it allowed me to have a great experience. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks a lot!

This is going to be a somewhat mixed review. I lost the keys to my car and needed new ones. I bought a pair of refurbished ones off ebay for mega cheap. But it turns out my car was canadian imported. Long story short a dealer has to use tech2 to program any new keys. I scheduled an appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9am. Katrina the service rep seemed annoyed at my presence, told me the off market keys probably wont work, and even if they don't. Ill have to pay a 500$ programming fee. Programming keys costs nothing but time. It takes 30 minutes at most. Im not a fool. I even asked if I could just use the tech2 myself to which I was scoffed at. Katrina tells me the appointment was just to drop the car off, and not actual servicing. That programming takes a long time and they need at least half a day with the car. Great, I got a ride with the tow and now im stranded. Someone lied to me (katrina) because within 2 hours I get a message the job is complete. The message says the keys buttons don't work and it intermittently registers with the car. I arrive and both keys work perfectly fine. Its been a week and still no issues. The service department needs to take a deep breathe, slow down, and not give the impression of a bunch of conceited jerks who assume their customers are clueless. Most probably are. Even though the job was done and properly, I will not be coming back.

Don’t touch that service department. They kept my car for FOUR DAYS to do an inspection. My car’s roof was leaking rainwater into the trunk—I wanted to know where the leak was and if there was additional water-logging in the walls. When I got the car back, they gave me a generic answer I already knew, and once I got home, I removed a panel in the trunk to find POOLS of water that they hadn’t informed me about. Basically, they plugged a little reader into my car, and charged me $250. Absolute waste of my time and money. I will never go back. They quoted me an additional $250 just for the replacement part—a defective GM part that has been improved and is available for $45 on Amazon. I just want to reiterate DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! NOT EVEN FOR A DIAGNOSTIC!!! I don’t think these losers know the meaning of due diligence. I’d sue if I had the money, because their negligence could have led to toxic mold growth. DO NOT SET FOOT IN THOSE DOORS. Much love to the fellow Chevy owners who want value for their money.
