“The absolute WORST car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I’ve bought over 20 different vehicles in my life time from various different dealers because of the work I do. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are in the market for a used car to stay as far away from this dealer as possible. Purchased a car from these guys back in November 2025. 3 days after purchase the cars coolant system went out and left me on the side of Hwy 24, Shortly after that the CV Axles on both sides went out. 3 days after getting the car back the engine throws a rod. I tried taking the car back, but the manager their from another one of their locations told me that the only thing they could do is give me 8k back for the car after paying 11k for it before tax, tag, title, etc only a few days after purchase from the original incident. You could have easily taken the car back then, fixed what needed to be fixed then placed the car back on the lot or sent it to auction. Which is what they should have done to begin with. They paid to have all that fixed, which was covered under their 30 day warranty thank god. I went over a month without the car in my possession after purchase. Mainly where the 1 star review comes from is this. These guys took me to the cleaners so bad on a POS, I tried to re-finance the car shortly after with my own bank, because I felt like they obviously would be a little more urgent to when it comes to applying for the TN title I need in order to get a tag for it. All this could have been avoided to begin with if they would have confirmed information with me while I was purchasing the vehicle which they never did. My own bank turned me down due to the loan to value ratio on the car being over 45% of what the actual car is worth. I have plenty of income, & 780+ credit. The bank I’m currently financed with currently has a Texas title and after 4 months they have yet to apply for a TN title so I can receive a plate for the car. I can’t even drive the car legally until that happens. These guys are crooks. I’ve been patient beyond belief not only with the dealership, but also with their shady lender as well. Unbelievably horrible car buying experience. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, please look elsewhere where. Do not end up like me.”
