“This was the first time that my husband and I had bought an out of state vehicle. We had a great purchase experience with Next Ride Motor. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. Trish was very helpful and was able to process the paperwork quickly. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from them!”

“Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Trish was patient, kind, and very helpful. She answered every question I had and was willing to assist in anyway she could. I seen a Yukon Denali online that I wanted and she reached out immediately, we texted and got everything together, so the next day when I arrived to test drive she was ready at the door with the keys. She allowed us all the time we needed to look, test drive, and chat (which is amazing) because we weren’t being rushed or pressured. The paperwork part was so quick and we were out of there! I seriously have never been treated better at a car lot before, I’ll definitely make the 1.5 hour drive if I am ever in the market again. They go out of their way to help you understand the vehicle you’re buying, let you know all the work they put into it, and guarantee a good vehicle to leave the lot in. 10/10 for Next Ride Motors! I’m a happy customer!”

“I worked with Trish and she was wonderful! She helped me understand all the questions I had, was thorough in talking to the bank to make sure we got the best option available to me. She was very kind, easy to work with and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me in this process of finding a reliable ride!
Update: There ended up being an unexpected issue with the car the day I drove it away that wasn't present in the test drive, I talked with Trish and they saw me the next day and had a mechanic find the issue right away. They were incredibly considerate, fixing the issue with no additional charge to me and provided me with a loaner car while mine was being fixed. The issue was a random small thing, but rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, the staff at Next Ride was integrous and wanted to make sure it was taken care of and made right. They were thorough in checking to see if there were any other issues that could be linked together going above and beyond what I could have hoped for!
The car I purchased from them was a BMW x5 and it was very well maintained mechanically and on the interior. I love the car but more than that, I love how kind and honest the staff at Next Ride is. They are competent, understanding and are genuinely wanting to help their customers.
The owner of the dealership came and talked to me personally with an update on the repair needed, explained what that process looked like and made sure I was taken care of until my X5 was fixed.
Purchasing a car can be stressful, but not with the staff at Next Ride Motors, genuinely wonderful people. I am thankful to have found such an amazing dealership and I will be back for my next car needs!”

“This was our second purchase from Next Ride Motors (the first was in 2020). Both times we had a great purchase experience! We recently made an appointment to test drive a couple of cars and Trish was very friendly and helpful! She didn't rush us, and easily accommodated our request to test out another car we saw on the lot. They also offered to cover some repairs on the car we ended up purchasing, so we were very happy! We also enjoyed meeting their adorable dog, Bubbles :)”

“Trish provided me with a very easy car purchase. Her knowledge and communication skills are superb and she has a way of putting one at ease. There was no hard push for a more expensive car as she understood my budget and kept it w/in the budget. After less than 5 hours (including 3 hours away driving to my mechanic in Franklin for a pre-purchase inspection — which I highly recommend) I drove away in a new (to me) BMW X3. In my pre-purchase inspection, my mechanic of 26 years discovered one thing that would be ~ $1100 to repair, and Next Ride Motors, through Trish, immediately and w/o hesitation said, “We’ll take care of that repair for you.” This was a wonderful, haggle free experience. If Trish can help me, she’ll be able to help you. If nothing else, you gotta go meet the most wonderful pup, Bubbles!”
