“My experience at Freeland was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I saw my car on their website, I told Rosa I didn't have time to test-drive a lot of cars; I had worked for a car dealership in the past so I knew how it all works. Adrian gave me a great deal on my trade-in, David in finance was awesome and Rosa was everything I could've asked for. I thank them all for a great experience all the way through. Thank you!!”

“I brought my truck in as soon as the check engine light came on, and Cydni took great care of me from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, kept me informed, and made the whole process smooth. She and her team quickly identified and fixed the issue, and my truck has been running perfectly for a week now with no problems at all.
Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend Cydni and the team at Freeland Chevrolet in Antioch!”

“While traveling from Florida, I experienced a flat tire while in Nashville. After contacting two other local Chevrolet dealerships without success, I reached Freeland Chevrolet. Cydni exemplified everything one would expect from an expert service advisor; professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was able to accommodate us into their busy schedule with very little notice. The entire experience was handled with exceptional courtesy and attention to detail.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Business conducted as business should be done. Highly recommend Freeland Chevrolet.”

“I spoke with the Service Manager at Freeland Chevrolet and made an appointment (he was great to work with and very professional) and brought my car in to have the transmission / motor checked because it had redlined a few times when accelerating, and would not shift on it's own, and there was a time I was attempting to pass a car, punched the gas, but there was no acceleration, and most importantly because when the engine shifts at low RPMS between 2,3,4,5 (and vice versa), and when turning off the car, there are squeaking sounds coming from the engine bay. I don't know if the engine was actually looked at or not, but know they did test drive it - their analysis was that they could not reproduce the sound. This is very odd since nearly every time to turn it off, the sound is present. They had my car for nearly 3 weeks and despite my asking to have their transmission guy do a drive along with me, so I could point out the sounds, this was never done. I paid over 100K for this car, it has less that 15K miles, and is about 2 years old now. This should not be happening. I really, really would like the root cause of this issue determined, and resolved. I did appreciate that they did not charge me for the evaluation (that's a plus).
Another time I had brought the car in for an oil change, and they replaced the factory OEM lug nuts with black ones I purchased using my Chevrolet points, specifically for the HTC Stingray... with 2 weeks, I had lost 4 lug nuts (2 from a single wheel, and 1 each from 2 other wheels (one was a lock)) - this could have been a very costly and dangerous situation!!! I was lucky to have an extra set, so was able to replace them myself without any additional cost. My point here is that when techs use battery operated torque devices, they should at least manually check that things are secured properly, My wife and I could have been SERIOUSLY INJURED as a result. That, is not acceptable.
Please do better.”
