“While researching the 2026 Honda Pilot Black Editions, I had contacted every dealership within a 200 mile radius of our home that had one on their lot asking for OTD prices to be emailed to me. While being snowed/iced in I had been texting with Monte, one of the managers, about a black Black Edition that they had on their lot. Though I wasn’t able to get an OTD price from them, he assured me that they would meet any price that I found. I sent him the lowest offer that I had received thinking there would be pushback, “just bring it in” he said. I have always heard negative things about car dealerships and car salesmen, so I went in very skeptical expecting them to fudge the numbers. When we got there we weren’t rushed upon. We were greeted as we entered the dealership and that’s where we met Derek. Derek was awesome! I told him I had already talked with Monte and there was no back and forth trying to get over on us like I was expecting. We were there maybe 2.5 hours, including the test drive and trying to decide between the Elite with the brown interior and the Black Edition, and probably another 30 minutes of that was just hanging out, waiting for them to detail the car. I told Derek and Monte both that they both changed my perception on car dealerships and car salesmen. I’m not sure if all dealerships are like Crest, but they should be the standard, regardless of brand.”

“I drove 1.5 hours away from Alabama to buy a vehicle here due to their low prices & had a great experience. My salesman was friendly, knowledgeable & transparent. I got pre approved before making the drive which streamlined the process significantly. I test drove the vehicle, thoroughly looked it over & started the paperwork/financing process. I told the finance manager where I wanted to be at monthly payment wise & he made it happen! The entire transaction was completed a lot quicker than other dealerships I’ve dealt with over the years which saved me time & made me happy. Their complimentary coffee machine in the waiting area was also a nice perk!”

“Ask for Carlos from the very beginning. He was truly outstanding to work with and made the entire car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. Carlos was patient, transparent, and genuinely willing to negotiate to make sure we landed on a deal we felt great about.
What really stood out was how accommodating and kind he was while we were there with our infant daughter. He never rushed us, was incredibly patient, and made what could have been a hectic situation feel calm and manageable.
Carlos followed through on everything we discussed, communicated clearly, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. There was no pressure at any point — just honest conversation and a sincere effort to help us get the best outcome.
