Absolutely one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. The sales manager Bobby and salesperson Ivonne handled my situation in a very unprofessional way. At the beginning, Ivonne was calling and texting me directly from her personal phone while trying to close the deal. However, when I decided not to sign immediately because the numbers were not clear and did not match what had been discussed, her attitude completely changed. Instead of acting professionally, she told me not to contact her on her personal phone anymore — the same phone she had been using to contact me from the start. That response was extremely disrespectful and made me feel humiliated, as if I was harassing her, when in reality I was simply trying to review the numbers of a major financial decision. Buying a vehicle is serious business. Customers have every right to review the numbers and make sure everything makes sense before signing anything. The pressure and lack of transparency in this dealership was very concerning. What’s even more ironic is that I was already approved and fully ready to buy the vehicle. But because of the way I was treated, I decided to walk away. I ended up purchasing my vehicle in Murfreesboro where I was treated with professionalism and respect — something clearly lacking at this dealership. I will never return here and I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle think twice before doing business with this place.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this GMC dealership. I was approved through TD Bank at 8.64% interest. After my $16,000 down payment, the loan amount was supposed to be $96,986 for 75 months. Based on those numbers, the monthly payment should have been around $1,580. However, the dealership tried to increase my monthly payment to $1,690 without clearly explaining why the numbers changed. When I asked for a detailed breakdown, I did not receive transparent answers. In addition, the process to even get to that loan approval was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I won’t go into all the details here, but the overall experience did not feel honest or straightforward. As a customer making a major financial decision, I expect clarity, transparency, and respect. Instead, I felt pressured and misled. Because I refused to accept the unexplained increase, I walked away — and shortly after, the vehicle was sold. I strongly encourage future buyers to double-check every number and request a full written breakdown before signing anything. Transparency matters.”

Working with Kristen has been great! Timing has been difficult with holidays, parts and wrong parts then ice storm…. The funny but not funny a little squirrel decided to make a home in my engine next to the battery….. I only found this because I listen to the radio…. Well it was not working…. Was told to do disconnect the battery to reset it….. well it is back at Beaman , paw prints and all… , Kristen has been great , communication could be better

Good Price, Dishonest Fee Handling—Lost a Customer Over $70. I came to Beamen GMC Antioch hoping to find a specific truck, and the experience started off great. My sales associate helped me find the truck at a price I was genuinely happy with, and we agreed on the trade-in value for my old vehicle. Unfortunately, what should have been a 5-star transaction was completely ruined by a sketchy handling of a non-tax dealer fee and terrible post-sale follow-up. When reviewing the attached pricing agreement, the initial non-tax fee was incorrect. Since I was transferring my existing license plates, the actual required cost for title and registration in my county should have been reduced to $59.50. The sales associate corrected several other errors on the price sheet with whiteout (like my address) but assured me that the non-tax fee discrepancy of approximately $70 would be corrected in the finance office without changing the line item on the sheet. This was partially true. The finance manager did correct the relevant line item on the final Bill of Sale to show the correct $59.50. However, I realized once I got home that they had simply found another line item to add the $70 back in, effectively forcing me to pay the incorrect, higher fee through deception. When I returned to the dealership and explained exactly what had happened, my sales representative initially tried to dismiss me, stating the sale was final. I said nope and asked to speak to the sales manager. The Sales Manager was professional and de-escalated the situation, assuring me that he understood and would start the process for an accounting refund check immediately. I trusted him and left. However, after two weeks passed, I had received no check. I called multiple times, but both the Sales Manager and the finance office stopped returning my calls. It was only when I called the main line and spoke directly to Karissa in accounting that things moved. Karissa confirmed she had no record of a check needing to be processed for me, but she immediately reviewed my concern, escalated the issue internally, and overnighted my refund check. While I am happy with the truck itself, I am disappointed that an otherwise positive experience was tainted with deception and runaround over $70. I’m thankful for Karissa’s help as the only person who demonstrated integrity and ownership of the issue. This was my first time doing business with Beamen GMC Antioch, and it will be my last. Especially with used cars, I value a dealer I can trust.

The dealership offered a truly individual approach and gave me a very generous discount on the vehicle. He guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and stayed in touch even after the sale.
