“One of the best pieces of advice I had this year was to go test drive a Toyota and one of the best things that happened to me this year was walking through the door at Toyota Nashua and being introduced to Michael. He’s a salesman there. He walked me through the process with no hard selling. I test drove several vehicles, and he personally went out and took the snow off each one. I ended up buying a Toyota Tacoma. The sales process was quick and easy once I made a decision on which truck to buy and Michael was there to help me alone the entire way. The finance team was fantastic And again, I was met with no hard selling on warranties or extra add-ons as I had experience with previous car sales. Overall, an A+ plus!”

“Karsten Bourgoine was an amazing salesman in the experience I had at Toyota of Nashua. I showed up to just test drive a 2024 Hyundai sonata to see if I liked the car, but was a little disappointed by it. Karsten listen to what it was I didn’t like about the car, and went to his manager to see what else they had on the lot that met my needs, and they showed me a 2022 Hyundai Tucson that I loved. They made the payments affordable and the whole process was very efficient. I’d also like to specifically compliment Terry Bradford, the manager. He did an amazing job ad making sure I was all set after the sale and helped get a few minor things fixed! And I don’t remember their names, but the service rep (Paul?) that had a desk in the far right corner was very helpful, and so was the younger associate at the car dental booth. Overall this was a VERY pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be looking to them first when I’m ready for my next car!”
