“Honestly, I wasn’t going to say anything and just let it go, but 2-3 weeks ago I was promised a phone call by the Service Department’s Director and still haven’t heard anything on this issue. I left my 2023 Dodge Charger at Naples Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for service last month and needed a new tire since I ran over a nail. It was left with zero damage. It was returned to me with the weather seal broken, paint chipped off on the interior of the door frame on both the driver and passenger side along with the metal pushed in where the paint chipped, the black plastic on the interior of the door was damaged, and the top of the driver-side door was broken off. This dealership claimed they had no cameras on their lot and would not take responsibility for it either. They added they never even took pictures of the car when it was dropped off, even though they normally do, when vehicles are dropped off. No matter what happens, when I take my car to this dealership there is always another issue I leave with. I highly recommend AGAINST ever going to Naples Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for ANYTHING! They refused to take responsibility and refused to give a resolution for the damage done to the vehicle. They told me “the damage appears to be from a break-in attempt”, yet they refused to take responsibility even though it was on their lot when it happened. There is only one Service Advisor there that does work above and beyond, but in my opinion he is held back due to negligence inside the workshop (I will not name-drop as that is unprofessional). Thank you Naples Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram… you’ve lost a customer who has loved Dodge since he was a kid. After this, I will probably never buy another one of your vehicles again.”

“Drove an hour to see a truck they couldn’t locate when they knew I was coming. Was told over the phone how they negotiate and can come to a deal. Be careful of the slippery sales people and the slippery “managers” You can try BS someone in their 20s buying their first truck not someone in their 50s. When asked about their high fees, they try telling me part of it is an impact fee.. Huh? Oh ok so you mean a dealer fee? No he lies and says these are extra fees from the government. They make up all sorts of charges using dealer Jargon. Rather than just charge Tax Title n Tag + dealer fee they look me in the eye and lie on what the fees are. Try telling me the fee is so high because I don’t have a trade in lol My god do you think I am stupid!!? Not having a trade in just means I pay Tax on the full purchase amount. I don’t get charged more on top of the listed Sales tax. smh. Not today slicksters, not taking advantage of this guy. I saw the shade from a mile away! The only thing they were interested in negotiating was sticking it to the customer with dealer Fees.
Truck: 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel w 80k miles. I would have made a deal at 30k out the door, but your Games killed the deal.”
