“I’ve had the pleasure of renting a car from Cadillac several times, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service provided by Juan, Brandon, and Rodger. They are consistently inviting and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience! One time, the office smelt of fried chicken they must’ve had for lunch. & they generously offered me some which I kindly declined! Most recently, I faced a bit of a crisis when I thought I had locked my keys in the trunk. I called them at 4:30 PM, and they immediately filed a claim with GM to unlock it remotely.
