βThe service department is unethical. The service manager is a liar. DO NOT take your vehicle for service to this place. AC seals failed, car is under warranty, the service manager says the car was scratched at the front bumper and βthatβ accident caused the seals to fail. There was absolutely no impact to a failed seal under the vehicle. Made up lies out of thin air. Total lies and hogwash. Beware!β

β*** Update: After I posted the below review, the service manager called me and came across as concerned about my experience. I was unable to speak at the moment and asked for a call back later and specified when. The service manager immediately offered "two free oil changes" as long as I take down my review, and promised to call me back to follow up with me. I said that I would, but that I would like to hear from him. Well, I have not heard from him, nor do I have anything to claim the "two free oil changes". Since I have not heard back, it makes me think that instead of addressing the issues, they prefer to placate the customers with a vague promise of a free service. As a result, I brought back the original review with this explanation.
I also need to add that I recently visited the LaFontaine Highland Cadillac Buick GMC dealership service shop, and their customer service is absolutely top notch - all of the service staff is friendly and helpful, so is the coffee shop staff, and overall, the place looks welcoming and vibrant.

The two stars is a reflection of mainly the customer service for the service shop, as work itself was performed well. I miss the days when it was a Suburban dealership. These days the place looks empty, deserted, as if they were ready to permanently close. The showroom only has two cars on display. The staff appears as if they don't want to be there. I've stayed there for hours and was not even offered water. The coffee and snack bar is gone. The white glove service is gone, they no longer offer to pick up your car and leave a loaner, which is what Suburban used to do. At least I was able to get a loaner. The service person had a hard time explaining all the work that needed to be done, probably trying not to appear pushy, but I had a hard time trying to understand all the work that was recommended. When I returned to pick up my car, no one was there and I had to walk around the place to try to find someone who could help. Sadly there are no other options for an Infiniti dealer in the area.β

βI just purchased my second vehicle from LaFontaine Infiniti Novi. Not only was Justin, my sales guy, knowledgeable, quick to reply via text before I came to the dealership, but he made the whole process easy from start to finish.
I came by the dealership around 10am and by 1pm I was driving off the lot in my new car. The whole staff at LaFontaine Infiniti Novi was great. I cannot recommend highly enough reaching out to Justin when you're in the market for a new car.β

βI live an hour away from the dealership. I came for first oil change and tire rotation. I ordered mud flaps and had an outstanding order for ball and hitch assembly. I was told that 2 right front flaps were sent and part of the hitch assembly was missing. The service manager offered to come pick up my car and take it back to the dealership to finish my order. I told him that I could bring my car that following Monday, (2/2) and asked him what time and how long would I have to wait. As if this time, I have not received an answer. Can infinity send the parts to Nissan in Grand Blanc and have them install the front mud flaps? I don't need the hitch installed at this time. I just want to have it for a later date. Why didn't they check everything before my appointment?β
