“We brought our car to Honda only to have a sensor checked. The car was running perfectly when we arrived. The only issue was a warning light on the dashboard. It started, drove, and worked normally. After their inspection, they returned the car to us in a much worse condition. Now it won’t even start. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply told us there was nothing they could do. It’s completely unacceptable that we brought in a working vehicle and left with one that doesn’t run at all. The mechanic was unable to fix the original issue and somehow managed to make the car undrivable. Refusing to take responsibility for what happened is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this Honda service department. We expected qualified technicians and honest customer service, but instead we were left with a broken car and no accountability.”
