Lurgy Ramos was really great she helped me make a decision which trim model to purchase based on all the features they offer. We recently purchased a Niro EV here, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We stopped by on a busy Saturday afternoon on a whim, but the sales manager, Randy Davies, promptly assigned us to a sales consultant, Anthony Moussalli. After carefully listening to our needs, Anthony recommended the Niro EV and immediately arranged a test drive. Throughout the process, he was professional, friendly, and refreshingly honest. He never pressured us to make a decision on the spot, giving us the time and space to decide comfortably. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the EV and also offered practical, cost-effective advice that helped us save a significant amount of money. During the final purchasing stage, the finance manager, Riley Melo, was equally friendly and transparent. Based on our past experiences with other dealerships, we often felt pressured into unnecessary warranty or maintenance packages that significantly increased the final cost—but that was not the case here. While Riley did present additional warranty options, they were reasonable, and he genuinely worked to keep the costs as low as possible. The vehicle pickup on an early winter morning was just as flawless. The car was fully charged, warmed up, and ready to go. “Highly recommend the Mcgovern Kia of Norwood. Dealerships can be risky- Either great or horrible, but this place is great. I can say that good people run this place. You should definitely trust this crew. Amazing service and high quality work. Dealerships are always going to have similar price ranges, but it was still very reasonable and the staff saved me money every moment they could. Erryn was a wonderful help (mainly communicating well with my dad) throughout the whole process of my car being towed there, during service, answering questions, etc. James also walked me through what was done to my car in a really informative and non condescending way, which I really appreciate as a younger woman. The communication is wonderful- I had photos, they asked before they conducted anything, i received texts and calls, never to be left wondering what was going on with my car. My k5 is back to running perfectly- even better actually, got my spark plugs among other parts fixed causing my car to sound amazing again.”
